Rouleur Coaching offers a single, comprehensive coaching plan designed around the individual athlete. No tiers, no templates—just thoughtful coaching that evolves as you do.
Individual Coaching Plan - $300/month
Rouleur Coaching offers a single, comprehensive coaching option because every athlete deserves the same level of attention, structure, and care—regardless of experience or goals. Instead of tiered packages or templated options, each athlete receives fully individualized coaching designed to evolve alongside their development.
Your training plan is built from the ground up using your goals, training history, physiology, lifestyle constraints, and performance data. It’s adjusted continuously based on how you respond, allowing for smarter load management, consistent progress, and fewer setbacks.
Coaching extends beyond daily workouts. You’ll receive ongoing communication, feedback on training sessions, and guidance on racing, and recovery. The focus is not just on short-term results, but on building durability, confidence, and sustainable performance over time.
This is for athletes who value thoughtful coaching, clear communication, and a process-driven approach.
“Great communication and thoughtful adjustments throughout training.”

Training That Builds Adaptable Athletes
In cycling, many athletes are defined by their strengths and weaknesses. Some excel on long climbs, others in technical terrain or flat power. Performance often depends on whether the course suits them.
But there are athletes who perform well regardless of what's in front of them. They adapt to changing conditions, varied terrain, and the cumulative demands of racing. These riders don't rely on a single strength—they rely on balance, durability, and consistency.
In cycling, these athletes are known as rouleurs: all-round riders capable of strong, repeatable performance across a wide range of courses.
Rouleur Coaching is built around that idea.
Rather than chasing isolated strengths or short-term gains, we emphasize long-term development and adaptability. Training is designed to build a complete athlete—one who can climb efficiently, ride powerfully on the flats, handle technical terrain with confidence, and maintain performance as fatigue accumulates.
The goal isn't to fit you into a predefined category. It's to help you become a more resilient, well-rounded cyclist capable of performing across seasons and disciplines.
What to Expect When Coaching Begins
Initial Consultation
1
Every coaching relationship starts with a detailed conversation about your background, goals, training history, and what success looks like for you. Just as important: the realities of your schedule—work, school, family, stress, and time availability.
This sets the foundation for a realistic, sustainable plan.
Defining Goals and Constraints
2
Your plan is shaped by where you want to go and the constraints that exist right now. Whether you're balancing racing with work, managing limited hours, or targeting specific events, training reflects those realities.
The result: a plan designed for consistency, not perfection.
Assessment & Field Testing
3
Early in the process, you'll complete field tests to establish comprehensive training zones. These assessments provide a clear baseline, ensuring training intensity is grounded in real data—not generic metrics or assumptions.
Building the Training Framework
4
With goals, constraints, and performance data established, training is built from the ground up. Workouts are prescribed with clear intent, structured to address your specific needs while managing load appropriately.
As training progresses, sessions are adjusted based on performance and feedback—not a preset calendar.
Ongoing Coaching & Communication
5
Coaching doesn't stop once workouts are assigned. You'll receive consistent feedback, open communication, and guidance around racing, recovery, and development. Adjustments are made proactively so training stays aligned with performance and life demands.
The focus is always on durability, confidence, and sustainable improvement.
Finding the right coach matters. If you’re interested in individualized coaching built around your goals, background, and long-term development, this is where it begins.
